Golf, from source to software

Golf is an agent-ready Git and developer-workflow platform. Use one interface for source, collaboration, authorized tests, proposals and protected previews. Golf is a developer preview. Its implementations have a bounded scope and recorded evidence; full forge and CI parity remain open.

Two infrastructure tracks

• Native Cloudflare: Workers and generated Connect services over Artifacts Git, D1 and Durable Objects. Queues, Workflows and Containers carry executable evidence. Private R2, Workers for Platforms and Access support protected previews. Workers AI / AI Gateway, Browser Run, email and operations are optional.
• Portable: React, Go, PostgreSQL and Forgejo on local Docker Compose or Kubernetes. Cloudflare and AI are optional. Configured Docker workers and coding agents have independent setup and acceptance.

Fresh portable installs use Forgejo. Existing installation identity, credentials and data must be preserved through qualified upgrades.
