Issues, comments and attachments

Golf supports bounded issue and comment creation/editing, labels, milestones, metadata and collaboration across the shared interface. Each operation uses the installation's supported adapter and current repository authorization.

Native issues and templates

D1 holds issue/comment records and operation receipts. Native issue templates read Markdown templates and supported YAML form fields from the default-branch head. Aliases, anchors and unsupported fields are counted, not silently rendered as supported input. Source/local parser evidence differs from hosted acceptance.

Attachments

Native discussion attachments use private R2 with original receipts and SHA-256 verified downloads. The initial profile supports up to 100 files of 256 KiB per description/comment, without deletion or replacement. This has local Worker/runtime/browser evidence; broad hosted acceptance remains separate.

Notifications

Explicit own-address subscriptions and consent can create an Email Service outbox entry. Current address, grant and subscription authority are rechecked for sending. Recorded provider acceptance does not prove inbox delivery. Signed webhooks use stable event IDs and approved receivers; recipients should deduplicate.
